Notification of Privacy and Protection
Federal and state privacy laws regarding protection of health information may prevent our response to some requests for information. Priority Care Clinics’ employees are not permitted to discuss protected health information with anyone other than the patient or the patient’s legal guardian or legally authorized representative.
