Insurance, Billing, and Payment

To help you understand your bill after your insurance company has taken action, please have the following ready:

  • Patient’s name
  • Guarantor’s name (person responsible for the bill)
  • Account number on your bill
  • Date of service
  • Your insurance card for any additional information needed

Our billing department is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Priority Care Clinics bills insurance companies within two days of service. If there’s no response from the insurer within 60 days, we will bill the patient. If the bill was sent to the wrong insurer, please contact us with the correct information, and we will resubmit your claim.

We can explain the charges on your bill but cannot answer specific questions about your insurance benefits. For benefit-related queries, please contact your insurance company directly.

Always bring your current insurance card to each visit. Our receptionist will confirm and update your insurance information to avoid billing issues.

Priority Care Clinics accepts all major health insurance plans and will file claims for you. For more details on our payment policy, please contact us directly.

We accept all major health insurance plans. To verify if we participate with your plan, please contact our office.

The cost depends on your insurance plan. If you don’t have insurance or we don’t participate with your plan, we offer a Self-Pay program with competitive pricing.

  • Co-Payment: Fixed out-of-pocket cost defined by your insurance plan.
  • Deductible: Amount you must pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts to pay.
  • Co-Insurance: Percentage of charges you pay after meeting your deductible.

Prior to the scheduled charge date, you can update your payment information by contacting our billing department.

Yes, you can be seen on an out-of-network basis. We will collect visit charges at the time of service and file your claim to your insurer. Federal law prohibits accepting government insurance (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) on a self-pay basis.

You have the right to request a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the expected costs of your services. To request this, please contact us with your name, date of birth, address, insurance status, and visit details. We will provide the estimate within 3 business days.

You can access your medical records by visiting our clinic with an ID, or by contacting our Medical Records department by mail, fax, or phone.

Yes, we offer free language assistance services. Please ask our front office staff for an interpreter during registration.

Yes, we provide many prescription drugs at our clinics for your convenience. Though we are not a pharmacy, those medications that are not onsite may be prescribed as medically necessary.

Occupational Health/Employer Services

No, our Occupational Health services are available on a walk-in basis from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year.

Yes, we provide Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations on a walk-in basis.
